This site was set up completely free. The domain was from .tech domains, where you can buy and manage domains. I recommend Freenom if you want to get a free domain, or use the github student package to get free domains if you are eligible. Netlify hosted the domain, using some nameservers. I used Bootstrap, jQuery, and Popper.js to make this site work, all free libraries.
